As the final days of 2025 wind down, we’ve been taking a moment to look around the taproom, flip through our camera roll, and soak in just how big this year has been for TCB. From packed shows and pints on the road to new beer highs and some exciting plans on the horizon, this was a year powered by community, creativity, and a whole lot of beer.
So before we turn the page to what’s next, let’s raise a glass to everything that made 2025 unforgettable.
Taps On Tour: Beer, Music, Crafted for the Sound
If there was one thing that defined our year, it was Taps On Tour. What started as an idea on how we can bring TCB beyond our four walls turned into a full-blown concert series that took us around Winnipeg and the surrounding areas. We poured beer in new places, met new faces, and shared stages with some seriously talented artists along the way.
Each stop had its own energy, different crowds, different venues, same shared love of good music and great beer. Whether you caught us at a sold-out show or stumbled into one of the stops by chance, you helped make Taps On Tour exactly what we hoped it would be: exciting, welcoming, and very TCB.
Flying Otter Took Us to New Heights
This year also marked a big moment for one of our most beloved beers. The Flying Otter 24-pack launched and quickly became a go-to for fridges, campsites, parties, and everything in between. Seeing Flying Otter show up in more hands and more places than ever before was a reminder of why we do what we do, making beer that fits seamlessly into life’s best moments.
From backyard hangs to weekend adventures, that 24-pack helped us bring the beer to new heights and introduce TCB to folks who might be meeting us for the first time.
Big News: A Second Taproom Is on the Way
Behind the scenes, 2025 was also a year of planning, dreaming, and laying the groundwork for what’s next. We’re beyond excited to share that we spent this year preparing for a second taproom opening next year.
It’s been equal parts thrilling and humbling to grow to a point where expanding feels right. This next space will carry the same heart as our original taproom with great beer, friendly faces, and a place where everyone feels welcome.
The Taproom Moments That Made It Special
Of course, some of the best memories never left home. From beer brunches and live music to spontaneous celebrations and low-key afternoons that turned into late nights, the taproom was buzzing all year long.
You brought birthdays, reunions, first dates, last-minute meetups, and “just because” pints through our doors. You laughed, danced, toasted milestones, and made the taproom what it’s always meant to be: a place to connect.
Around the Province, One Pint at a Time
Beyond the taproom and the tour stops, 2025 was filled with festivals, beer samplings, events, and countless moments around the province with a cold TCB beer in hand. Every event reminded us how lucky we are to be part of such a supportive, enthusiastic community.
Wherever we poured, you showed up, shared stories, and helped spread the TCB spirit.
