We are looking for a motivated individual to join our Sales Team for an exciting summer of events with the opportunity to extend. This role is part of a growing team and will help develop sales and industry knowledge.
Responsibilities and duties:
Sales Support:
Run samplings at Liquor Marts and private beer vendors
Events Support:
On-site support and presence at events
Conduct product samplings at events
Assist with information collection and event evaluation and tracking
Desired Qualifications:
Excellent communications skills, enjoys making new connections with a polite and positive attitude
Self-starter who can work independently, plan and manage multiple responsibilities.
Must be available to work evenings and weekends throughout the spring / summer season
Organized, energetic and enthusiastic with the ability to work within a small team
Sales, event, and/or beverage alcohol experience considered an asset, but not required
Required Qualifications
Valid driver’s license and clean driving abstract.

Job Type: Full-time (permanent), 20-32 hours/wk
Compensation: $18 - $20 /hr depending on the candidate's interview and experience.

The Taproom Event Coordinator is the driving force behind the guest experience for all private bookings, large-scale buyouts, and annual brewery events. This role serves as the essential link between the brew team, the kitchen, and front-of-house service to ensure every event is executed to the high standards of Trans Canada Brewing Co.
Primary Responsibilities
Exceptional Organization: Demonstrate excellent time management and logistical planning while managing multiple complex event timelines simultaneously. This is a foundational requirement for the role.
Leadership & Team Direction: Act in a leadership capacity to guide and direct team members during event execution, ensuring the entire group is aligned on service standards, hospitality, and the overall guest experience.
Event Booking & Management: Act as the primary point of contact for all function room inquiries and full taproom buyouts, managing the entire lifecycle from initial lead to day-of execution.
Annual Event Programming: Plan, organize, and oversee the success of all recurring annual events held within the taproom. Including Anniversary, new product launches and brunches.
Event Marketing & Visuals: Responsible for "organizing the picture" of events—ensuring the aesthetic, layout, and promotional atmosphere are on-brand and inviting.
Product Launch Collaboration: Coordinate with the Brew Team on the timing and logistics of new product releases to ensure they align seamlessly with taproom events and promotions.
Culinary Integration: Partner with the Kitchen Team to develop, finalize, and execute event-specific menus and catering packages.
Service Logistics: Collaborate with team members to determine necessary seating capacity, optimized floor plans, and service timelines for events.
Social Donation Program: Lead the development and day-to-day management of the brewery’s social donation program, driving community engagement and brand impact.
Desired Qualifications & Assets
Industry Passion: A genuine interest in craft beer and the local brewery scene.
Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively across different departments including Brewing, Kitchen, and Front-of-House.
Scheduling Flexibility: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to support event needs.
Mobility: Must hold a valid driver’s license.
Retail/Business Math: Understanding of budgeting and profit margins as they relate to event pricing and donation programs.

We’re looking for a motivated Part-Time Warehouse Team member to join our new and growing team! This role is perfect for someone who wants to balance their week with active, hands-on work in a supportive environment.
Responsibilities and duties:
Pick and wrap customer orders
Load and unload trucks
Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the warehouse
Perform regular inventory counts
Support other teams within the company
Desired Qualifications:
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings if needed
Candidates with open availability on Tuesday and Wednesday are preferred
Forklift certified or willing with the ability to complete forklift training
Physically demanding, must be able to lift 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the day
Hard worker with a positive attitude working within a small team
Valid driver’s license
Job Type: Part-time (permanent), 15-20 hours/wk
Compensation: $19.50 /hr

It is an exciting time at TCB, and we are looking for a motivated individual who is passionate about craft beer to join our Taproom Team. In addition to the position’s core responsibilities, you will be expected to be involved with the many activities and initiatives present with a start-up, growth-oriented organization.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Provide a high level of service to Taproom guests with a polite and positive attitude.
Educate our Taproom guests on our brands and products.
Maintain cleanliness throughout the Taproom and General Store.
Handle routine purchasing transactions, which include operating a POS terminal.
Work in a team environment and open to performing other duties as assigned.
Assisting with on-site and off-site special events, if needed.
Required Qualifications
Strong interest and passion for craft beer.
Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and some holidays
Must be able to meet the physical demands of the roll (i.e. Navigating the taproom, carrying and stocking product)
Valid Smart Choices Certification is required for the roll, TCB offers assistance in obtaining this certification if required.
