This pizza starts off with our house-made sauce and a layer of melted mozzarella, topped with rich ground bison salami and spicy sausage for a rich, full-bodied flavour. Red onions and roasted mushrooms add balance and depth, while Romano Pecorino brings a sharp, salty finish. A drizzle of sweet-heat Peppadew ties it all together for a perfectly fiery bite.
