Now with roots in Canada, Chef Daniel currently leads the kitchen as Head Chef at Belles Kitchen & Music Hall. With experience spanning gastro pubs, hotels, fine dining, and high-level golf courses, Chef Daniel brings a very diverse culinary background to the table.
