Sometimes, a room just isn’t enough, you need the whole brewery. For those "go big or go home" moments, we offer a Full Taproom Buyout. This isn't just a reservation; it’s a total takeover. When you book a buyout, the entire main floor is exclusively yours, no double-booking, no outside crowds, just your event, our beer, and a night to remember.

Milestone Anniversaries & Birthdays: Whether it's the 50th year of a marriage or a person, a landmark occasion deserves a landmark venue.

The Stats
Indoor Capacity: Up to 170 guests.
Outdoor Capacity: An additional 70 guests on our patio (weather permitting).
The Vibe: Authentic, industrial, and social. You get the full energy of our production space with the comfort of our taproom seating.
The Investment: $500 rental fee.
When Can You Take Over?
We open the doors for full buyouts during specific windows to ensure you have the run of the place:
Sundays: 7:30 PM – 11:00 PM
Mondays: 4:30 PM – 11:00 PM
Tuesdays: 4:30 PM – 11:00 PM
Curated Catering for the Masses
Feeding 100 people shouldn’t be a headache. We’ve scaled our "Host Favorites" to handle large groups with ease, focusing on our signature artisanal pizzas and locally sourced bites.
The Craft Social * Suggested for ~60 Guests
To Start: Manitoba beef sliders, spinach & artichoke dip with deep-fried naan, and 72 pieces of our gourmet Crostini Trio.
The Main: 20 assorted artisanal pizzas paired with a trio of our favorite salads (Caesar, Mango, and Garden Dill).
Estimated Food Total: ~$20.00 per guest.
The TCB Brewery Experience * Suggested for ~100 Guests
To Start: A massive kickoff with beef sliders, artichoke dip, and Pane Fritto (garlic-parm dough squares). Plus, two large premium charcuterie boards and over 100 gourmet crostinis.
The Main: 40 assorted artisanal pizzas and four large salads to keep things fresh.
The Grand Finale: A massive spread of La Belle Baguette dainties (100+ treats) and five orders of our cinnamon-sugar churros with dulce de leche.
Estimated Food Total: ~$22.50 per guest.
The Logistics
All-Ages: We are a family-friendly facility; guests of all ages are welcome to join the party.
The Bar: Beyond our 16 taps, we can stock your private bar with wine, cider, basic spirits, and non-alcoholic options.
Timeline: We need your final food selections 10 days prior to the event.
Payments: An 18% gratuity applies to all bills, and final payment is settled on the day of the event.
