Join us for Sideweinderfest, our brewery’s take on the classic German beer festival, celebrating our very own Vienna Lager: Sidewiender.

For two weeks, we’re bringing the spirit of Oktoberfest to the brewery with special beer, themed food, great deals, and plenty of good times!

  • Raise a glass of our specially brewed Sideweinder, a German-style beer made right here at the brewery. Whether you’re a longtime fan or trying it for the first time, this is the perfect time to enjoy a pint (or two!)

A Taste of Oktoberfest

  • Throughout Sidewienderfest, dig into our special themed menu, inspired by classic Oktoberfest flavours and designed to pair perfectly with a cold Sidewiender.

  • Indulge in:
    Sausage Coil Pizza- Nürnberger sausage coil base, melted cheese, dollops of red sauce, and fresh basil
    Sausage & Pretzel Board- Authentic Nürnberger Bratwurst, Bockwurst, and Oktoberfest Bratwurst from Obermaier's Sausage & Meats in Brandon, MB, served with a freshly baked giant pretzel
    Strudel- Two warm, flaky strudels: one filled with sticky toffee & apple and the other with juicy blueberry & peach.

Stein-Holding Contest

Think you can handle the stein? Join us during the final weekend of Sidewienderfest for our Stein-Holding Contest and see how to win FREE PIZZA FOR A YEAR!

  • When and Where: October 1st & 2nd, 8:00pm in the TCB Taproom

  • How to Compete:
    Show up and purchase a 1L Stein of our Vienna Lager, Sidewinder, before 7:45 PM on either contest night to enter.

    At 8:00 PM, all contestants will take the stage and put their strength to the test. The challenge is simple: hold your 1L Stein for as long as you can without spilling, dropping your stein, or moving your arm (full list of rules will be presented before competition)

    The top three times from each night will earn a spot in the Grand Championship!

    Grand Championship will be held on Saturday, October 3rd at 8:00 PM. Contestants will face off against the other finalists and see who can hold on the longest.

  • Prizes Include:
    Qualifying Rounds-
    1st Place: TCB Stein, 12 Sidewiender Vienna Lager Cans, $100 TCB Gift card,
    Grand Champ advancement
    2nd Place: TCB Stein, 8 Sidewiender Vienna Lager Cans, $50 TCB Gift card,
