Our Barrel Aged program showcases how certain beer styles can continue to get better with time. We carefully select beer to age in various types of wood barrels that were previously used for spirits or wine, delicately bringing each barrel's resume to life within the beer.
Rich Oak and Roasted Chocolate | 9.0% alc./vol. | 45 IBU
This imperial stout is aged 12 months in Old Fitzgerald bourbon barrels. It is smooth and full-bodied with a complex flavour profile. Rich notes of oak and vanilla from the bourbon are alongside deep notes of roasted chocolate and espresso from the malts. Enjoy it now or continue to let it age in your cellar.
