Position: Sales and Events Team Member

Reports to: Sales Leader

Trans Canada Brewing Company’s Brewery, Taproom and Store is in the heart of Winnipeg’s vibrant southwest corner and is 100% independent and Manitoba owned.  We are looking for a motivated individual to join our Sales Team for an exciting summer of events with the opportunity to extend. This role is part of a growing team and will help develop sales and industry knowledge.

Duties and responsibilities:

Sales Support:

• Support Sales Representatives by travelling to retail and on-premises outlets to drop off materials, check on TCB products, and attend to client needs

Events Support:

• Continued relationship building with event organizers
• On-site support and presence at events
• Work closely with Marketing Team for event materials, signage, and other collaterals ensuring consistency with brand guidelines
• Assist with information collection and event evaluation and tracking

Desired qualifications:

• Sales, event, and/or beverage alcohol experience considered an asset, but not required
• Excellent communications skills, enjoys making new connections
• Self-starter who can work independently, plan and manage multiple responsibilities
• Organized, energetic and enthusiastic with the ability to work within a small team

Required Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs
