Solera Anniversary Farmhouse Saison (Foeder Reserve)
7% ABV/23 IBU
A blend of our past vintages aged in our French Oak foeders and fermented with historic Brettanomyces yeast strain. Notes of subtle funk and soft malt on the nose are delicately highlighted by the velvety oak character. As we enjoy it with each passing year, we have a chance to go back to where we started.
