This full-bodied Triple IPA is brewed and triple dry hopped with Galaxy, Citra, Centennial and Cascade hops to bring forward intense, explosive layers of citrus, stone fruit and tropical punch. The extreme bitterness from the hops is intercepted by the sweet malt backbone and balanced by the elevated alcohol content. Be prepared to take off on a supersonic taste experience.
As many of you know, our Starfighter follows the aviation theme for our IPAs showcasing planes that are relevant in Canadian history. This plane was Canadas fastest jet fighter which perfectly suited the bold representation of this triple IPA.
