Brewed using Bohemian Pilsner malt and noble hops. A crisp, clean and refreshing lager with distinct hop aromas of floral and subtle spice.
4.5% ABV/12 IBU
Notes of delicate hop aroma balanced by a subtle malt profile, this low IBU beer offers a refreshingly crisp finish.
Czech Dark Lager
5.1% ABV/28 IBU
Exuding rich notes of roast chocolate, fig and caramel with subtle hues of Belgian yeast esters showing through. The moderate bittering balances this malt forward lager with a lingering, dry bitterness.
5.5% ABV/26 IBU
Elegant German malt profile with notes of rich toasted malt and subtle noble hop character of floral and spice.
6.8% ABV/60 IBU
Dry hopped with Amarillo hops, this IPA is loaded with aromas of grapefruit and citrus. The 60 IBUs are balanced by the subtle sweetness of the malt body.
Session Pale Ale
4.7% ABV/25 IBU
A gentle balance of hops and malt, this session pale ale has a subtle hop bitterness that is rounded by the malt body.
India Pale Ale
5.8% ABV/50 IBU
Dry hopped with Amarillo and Citra hops that impart notes of citrus and grapefruit. The subtle bitterness is balanced by the malt profile.
8.9% ABV/85 IBU
Notes of pine, tropical and grapefruit on the nose and palate from the late and dry hopping. The sweetness of the malt body cuts the overwhelming bitterness from the hops and leaves the patlate with a beautifully balanced, hop forward experience.
6.8% ABV/60 IBU
Brewed with Amarillo hops, this IPA has aromas of grapefruit. This higher IBU ale is balanced by the subtle sweetness of the malt body.
American Amber Ale
5.2% ABV/35 IBU
Dry hopped with Cascade and Chinook, this hop forward American Amber boasts notes of pine and floral hop aromas blended with subtle malt characteristics.
American Pale Ale
5.2% ABV/30 IBU
An ode to the vibrancy of American Citra hops, this late-hopped beer is filled with notes of citrus and tropical fruit. The subtle hop bitterness is balanced with bisquit-honey malts leaving a smooth finish on
Lamp Lighter Amber Ale
5.2% ABV/15 IBU
This easy drinking ale was brewed using traditional UK malts, imparting a deep red hue and subtle notes of caramel, raisin, and a hint of roast chocolate.
4.8% ABV/30 IBU
Malt forward with notes of rich caramel, raisin and roast flavours that blend into a medium body that leaves a subtle sweetness on the palate. The slightly dry finish cleanses the palate.
5.0% ABV/15 IBU
A wheat beer with added natural blueberry flavour. Subtle berry notes on the nose and palate, a well-balanced ale with a refreshing finish.
6.0% ABV/15 IBU
Notes of dark cherry and roast chocolate blend with the fruity esters and pleasant hop aroma on the nose. Medium bodied and lightly carbonated that rounds out the malt character.

Cold-Steeped Heritage coffee beans from Pilot Coffee Roasters are infused into this bold porter with rich notes of roast coffee and caramel.
7.1% ABV/26 IBU
Notes of cinnamon and nutmeg paired with delicate notes of bourbon and vanilla. Medium bodied with caramel and roast chocolate malts that round out the finish.

Brewed using tradional floor malted German malts, the soft smoked notes are balanced by the toasted and rich maltiness profile that are rounded by the delicate noble hops.
Pom Orange Lime Radler
3.1% ABV/2 IBU
Blend of our base beer and house-made pomegranate, orange and lime Soda. This juicy blend is refreshing and tart.
5.5% ABV/15 IBU
Aged on 300 lb. of Canadian raspberries imparting juicy notes of fresh raspberries that balance the malt backbone and subtle tart finish.
6.2% ABV/25 IBU
Belgian style Saison fermented with a traditional yeast strain that imparts complex phenolic and fruity notes. Balanced by a bready-honey malt profile that finishes dry.
Belgian Table Beer
4.8% ABV/12 IBU
Malt forward in flavour with notes of banana and clove on the nose, it has a medium body, with a touch of effervescence finishing with a dry, lingering bitterness.
5.5% ABV/20 IBU
Belgian style Witbier has subtle notes of soft banana and clove on the nose and palate. The high carbonation accentuates the flavour and aroma leaving a refreshing finish.
6.0% ABV/20 IBU
Beautiful herbal, citrus and spicy notes, balanced with the funk of the Brettanomyces. These complex flavours develop over the palate and play into the subtle honey and earthiness from the malt. A complex wild ferment beer that challenges the palate.
Lemon Hibiscus Saison
6.5% ABV/20 IBU
This French Saison was aged for four weeks with hibiscus leaves and lemon zest, imparting tart notes of lemon, cranberry and spice. Finishes dry.
Dry Hopped Pilsner
5.3% ABV/30 IBU
We dry hopped our pilsner with El Dorado hops, boasting aromatic notes of stonefruit with a subtle malt flavour on the palate.
Dry Hopped Brett Pale
6.2% ABV/10 IBU
Conditioned in secondary with Brett C, then dry hopped with Centennial hops. Bold notes of ripe pineapple and guava and finishes with a subtle tart.
Wild and sours
Brett Pale Ale
6.2% ABV/10 IBU
Conditioned in secondary with Brett C yeast. Boasts notes of tart pineapple, guava and tangerine on the nose, with subtle fruit throughout the palate and dry finish.
Raspberry Sour Ale
5.5% ABV/5 IBU
This sour blend was aged on 300 lb. of fresh raspberries for two weeks, imparting a ruby red colour. The juicy raspberry notes are balanced by the acidity of the sour blend, with a juicy tart finish.
